Jamie Riley is a seasoned restaurant technology pro with 20 plus years of experience overseeing Information Technology for fast-growing, multi-unit restaurant brands, including Kura Sushi USA, Eureka!, Yard House, and Cotti Foods Corporation. He spent his youth through college working in restaurants and construction. Then overnight he was immersed in a technology role that eventually allowed him to combine his love for restaurant operations, construction and all things technology. With a proven track record in implementing scalable IT strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, Jamie’s innovative mindset has consistently shown positive results.

Jamie currently serves as VP of Information Technology at Kura Sushi USA, where he is contributing to the successes of the nation’s largest revolving sushi chain. Jamie and his team are paving the way to strengthen the brand’s overall technology posture all while helping to improve and build upon what is already an impressive technology stack.
