Catherine Roberts

Catherine Roberts is a people-first digital leader who is uniquely skilled at vision casting the human and business value that technology delivers. Currently serving as the Director of Intelligent Automation at Chick-fil-A, Inc, Catherine is responsible for creating and implementing Chick-fil-A’s automation strategy through the delivery of enterprise capabilities such as Generative AI, Computer Vision, RPA, and platform process automation. Catherine began her career at GE Power & Water where she completed the Digital Leadership program and held roles across multiple GE businesses. She loves using her unique academic background from the University of Notre Dame (Business-IT Management & Theology!) to merge strategic approaches with human-centered values. Catherine was recently nominated for a Women in Technology  “Woman of the Year Award”  in the “Women To Watch” category. Outside of work, you'll find her spending quality time with her family and serving at Roswell United Methodist church.
