Fees & Registration Types

Registration types and associated fees

All individuals attending FSTEC 2024 must register.

During the event, all attendees must display their credentials in the designated event space.

Individuals without credentials will be directed to the Registration & Information Desk.

Operator Registration:

An individual who is currently working for a restaurant or non-commercial foodservice operation. There is no registration fee for qualified Operator attendees. As part of your registration, you do agree to participate in curated meetings with specific suppliers (if applicable) as well agree to a no-show fee if you do not cancel your registration prior to September 5, 2024.

Onsite-Operator Registration:

An individual who is currently working for a restaurant or non-commercial foodservice operation and did not pre-register prior to September 15, 2024.

Sponsor Registration:

An individual who attending with and/or on behalf of an approved and confirmed FSTEC sponsor company. This includes attendees that are presenting a sponsor session or Innovation Forum.

Other:

The "Other" registration type is used for Non-Sponsoring Industry Suppliers, Service Providers and Franchise Development teams (i.e. Chief Development Officers, VPs of Franchise Development and Directors of Development). A registration fee is required to attend the conference and it will be charged during the registration process. Please contact Brandy Mulcahy. for more information on registration fees.

Speaker Registration:

An individual who is speaking and/or presenting on the General Session stage. If you would like to learn more about speaking opportunities, please contact Emily Nordee-Rogers, VP Content.

Association Registration:

An individual who is a current member of an industry association and has received an invite to attend.

Exhibitor & Booth Set-up Pass:

An individual who attending with and/or on behalf of an approved and confirmed FSTEC sponsor company.

This pass will allow access to the Exhibit Space during set-up hours only. Please refer to the FSTEC Agenda to view the set-up hours. This does not include those attendees who are working the booth for the duration of the conference.

As part of registration, set-up staff will need to provide a credit card and pay a non-refundable fee of $0.01 to secure their pass.

Should plans change, and any individual designated and registered as set-up participates in FSTEC outside of the designated hours, they will be considered a sponsor attendee and be charged $5000 as a registration fee.
