Trish Giordano, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Earl Enterprises, oversees all sales and marketing functions and activities of the company’s broad base of restaurant brands, including Buca di Beppo, Brio Italian Grille, Bravo! Italian Kitchen, Bertucci’s, Chicken Guy!, Earl of Sandwich, Planet Hollywood, and several other Earl Enterprises affiliates. With over three decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Trish has an extensive background and leadership experience in all facets of marketing from brand strategy, digital and social media marketing, marketing technology and loyalty within the restaurant business space. Trish has developed a catering sales center and created partnership programs with the third-party platforms to expand Earl Enterprises off premise business.
In 2019, Trish co-founded Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC) and is responsible for joining brand-building with technology, bringing to market a turnkey solution for multiple successful virtual dining delivery-only restaurants, including Mr.Beast Burger, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen, Tyga Bites, NASCAR Refuel and more. She co-developed the business model and team which combines and utilizes restaurant operations, digital marketing, customer engagement and third-party delivery technology for the VDC restaurant brands to be easily executed at existing brick and mortar restaurants nationwide.
