Scott Scherer is Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. Scott joined in 2005, when Jersey Mike’s was in its relative infancy with only 220 stores across the country. Since then, he has led a digital transformation of Jersey Mike’s IT infrastructure and management. Today, Scott, is responsible for all technology design and deployment for more than 2,500 locations nationwide.
