Robby is a published author in QSR magazine on the topic of credit card security. Putting his research and knowledge of credit card security to good use, Robby spearheaded the initiative to roll out a secure system to process customer credit card payments in order to reduce Carlisle’s exposure to potential fraud. Managing a wide range of hospitality concepts owned/operated including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, multi-family condos to over 180 QSR restaurants, Robby leads a team and the path forward on all technology initiatives. Due to the traverse range of hospitality concepts within his responsibility, new technology is constantly evaluated for increased "PPSS" (productivity, profitability, security and stability). He is a clear and direct project leader focused on developing and maintaining a broad vision while thinking outside of the box.
