Del Valle is helping trailblaze Bojangles into the future with modernized technology, working toward total operational efficiency. Prior to joining Bojangles, Del Valle had served in various operations leadership roles for both franchisor and franchisee businesses, including well-known brands like Outback Steakhouse and Friendly’s Restaurants. Most recently, Del Valle launched his own Charlotte-based restaurant consulting group, Del Valle and Associates, for which he served as CEO.
Del Valle’s experience in developing solutions for complex problems and project management in the restaurant industry makes him an expert in the field. He has overseen the RFP, pilot, development and successful deployment of Food and Labor software systems to tackle operational efficiency, profit improvement and cost controls, delivering exceptional guest service with numerous restaurant companies. He partners with teams to develop data-driven solutions with all stakeholders in mind – from the front-line team member to IT professionals, accounting, operational leaders and executives.
