Ray Gallagher is the GM of Engage at Olo. In this role, Ray leads the product vision and strategy for the Engage product suite including: Guest Data Platform, Marketing, and Sentiment. Prior to his current position, Ray was the VP of CX at Wisely, acquired by Olo in November of 2021. Ray spent the previous decade scaling and serving the Client Services teams at HotSchedules. Ray grew up working in restaurants for over 13 years, going from dishwasher to Sr. Director of Operations Services at Johnny Carino’s.
He lives in Austin, TX, where he spends all his free time with his wife and two children.
