Mike Vichich is the Vice President & General Manager of Customer Engagement products at Olo (www.olo.com) and was previously the co-founder and CEO of Wisely, which was acquired by Olo in November 2021.
Mike is a true partner to restaurant leaders and a visionary for the industry. He works to drive the creation and adoption of innovative solutions that help brands improve guest experience, increase Customer Lifetime Value, and use customer data to inform every business decision.
Mike has 15 years of experience in client success, digital transformation, and quantitative marketing data. Under Mike’s leadership, in 2021 Wisely was ranked #300 on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in America list. Mike was also named one of the most influential solutions providers in the country by Nation’s Restaurant News and a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year program for Michigan & Northwest Ohio.
Prior to co-founding Wisely, Mike was a Senior Manager of Strategy Practice at Accenture where he focused on improving profitability, operations, and customer acquisition and retention for Fortune 500 brands like American Express and Microsoft. He leveraged this experience to found Develop Detroit, an iOS app development boot camp. Mike holds a degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife and two sons.
