Massimo Mallozzi is currently the VP of Information Technology for Paris Baguette America. He has been an IT professional in the restaurant/hospitality industry for the last 20 years. His previous roles include managing Global IT and Digital Transformation for Le Pain Quotidien, as well as VP of IT for Potbelly Sandwich Works.
