Kit Mitchell is the Director of Marketing for Good Times Restaurants, Inc. which operates 31 Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard restaurants in Colorado and Wyoming as well as 41 Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants in 7 states. Kit also oversees the franchise restaurant operations for the Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard brand.
Kit joined the Good Times management team in 1988 and operated the original, Boulder, CO based restaurant. Kit’s primary focus has been on restaurant operations during his 35-year career with Good Times, fulfilling the roles of: General Manager, Regional Manager and Director of Franchise Operations for the Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard brand. Kit’s versatility shifted him away from operations as he served as Director of Facility Services for both brands from 2017 through 2019. In October, 2022, Kit stepped out of restaurant operations yet again, and accepted the position of Director of Marketing where he manages a team that creates and executes marketing strategies for both brands.
