Kelly Cooke leads the marketing department at Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, an 80-unit fast-casual restaurant chain. Over the past 6 years, she played an integral role in the brand’s redesign and name change, launching the Salsarita’s app and online ordering, restructuring Salsarita’s Rewards to become a sales-driving program, and creating national third party delivery relationships. Today her primary focus is acquiring new guests, keeping current guests engaged, and retaining guests through strategically segmented communications.
