Jessica Gibson-Conlon, McNellie’s Culture Director, passionately curates training, hospitality, and guest loyalty programs for the Tulsa-based company’s eight dining and entertainment concepts, spread across 20+ Oklahoma and Arkansas locations. A lifetime hospitality professional, her expertise lies in customer service and training with an emphasis on authentic, human interactions. Prior to her tenure at McNellie’s Group, Jess led training efforts for Hooters of America, Hooters Air, and several small independent operations. A Jill-of-all-trades, her experience reaches broadly to many areas of hospitality, including foodservice/retail sales, management, digital guest outreach, cultural evangelism, and professional development.
She studied Athletic Training at Towson University and Political Science and Economics at Oklahoma State University, which makes her an above-average provider of first aid and a decent trivia partner. When not devoting herself to the happiness of her organization, she enjoys fitness, philately, and time with her husband and three children.
