Jennifer Donley

Jennifer is the Director of Loyalty at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and is passionate about Loyalty Marketing and Customer Experience. Jennifer’s experience spans industries including telecommunications, consumer electronics, retail, and quick service. Jennifer believes in service-based leadership and this philosophy has allowed her to become a strong collaborator and partner.  Jennifer is also a Distinguished Toastmaster and has enjoyed using her skills supporting different organizations such as Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program, Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, and the H.E.A.T Center. Jennifer is inspired by her family and in her free time enjoys arts & crafts, entertaining friends, and exploring her surroundings.
