Jeff has worked in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years at Arby’s/Inspire Brands, and now is part of the Jimmy John’s Marketing department as VP – Brand Experience & Category Management. He is responsible for establishing brand strategy, developing the marketing plan, brand positioning and calendar, and is the liaison to loyalty, digital, and tech teams. He also oversees the menu and culinary strategic priorities, including new menu item development and limited time offers. Prior to joining the Jimmy John’s Marketing team, a little over a year ago, Jeff spent the majority of his career in analytics and revenue management. He also held positions in those fields at the Home Depot and RaceTrac Petroleum. Jeff holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State University.
