Ashley Helkenn joined Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken in April of 2022 as Director of Training. She leads the Training and New Restaurant Opening teams for the brand’s 121 US locations, helping to promote the Bonchon Mission: To share the joy of Korean comfort food around the world.
In her role, she focuses on improving performance and engagement across corporate and franchise locations, increasing training effectiveness, and developing successful and profitable franchise owners. With a passion for operations, Ashley works closely with operations leadership to develop on brand, creative, and purpose-driven systems that can be effectively integrated and maintained for lasting results.
Outside of her role with Bonchon, Ashley is an active member of CHART, a volunteer with an English bulldog rescue, and an advocate for breast cancer awareness and fundraising.
