Since starting her career, Alex has delivered innovative affinity marketing campaigns for food brands ranging from Sonic Drive-In to Starbucks, starting with her role as Business Development Director in Food & Dining for Groupon, and, most recently, spearheading the growth of the food vertical at RetailMeNot. In her role at UNiDAYS, Alex assists restaurant brands, with a focus on the fast casual vertical to attract valuable Gen Z customers to their restaurants.
A graduate of Dominican University in Chicago, and a current student at UCLA where she continues to study Marketing & Sales Management via their Extension Program. Alex resides in lives Los Angeles, CA and is frequent contributor to UNiDAYS student blog, The Edit.
