As COO of emerging fast casual brand Gusto Farm to Street, Stephen Smittle is responsible for all areas within the company. Gusto partners with 21 local farms to serve fresh salads and pizzas in metro DC and North Carolina, differentiating itself with menu items such as cauliflower pizza crust. Stephen has been in the restaurant business for nearly 30 years, having previously held executive operations positions at Au Bon Pain, Le Pain Quotidien, and upscale French bakery PAUL USA.
