Shyam Rao is the Co-Founder and CEO of Punchh, the leading customer platform for restaurants and retailers that provides all-in-one CRM, loyalty and analytics. Previously, Shyam has held positions of increasing seniority at Motorola in its CDMA and WiMAX divisions; served as Vice President of Business Development at Prime Focus, a large media services company; served on the Principal Investments team at Merrill Lynch; and co-founded LoCognition, a mobile startup focused on aggregating and standardizing access to location-based services across different cellular networks. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
