Ryan Dickerson is the Director of Digital Commercialization at Inspire Brands. In this role he
leads a team that creates personalized guest experiences across mobile apps, websites and
other digital engagement technology designed to entice consumers for Inspire Brands’
portfolio of more than 8,400 restaurants. Most recently, Ryan’s team developed the new
website and apps for Rusty Taco, piloted a personalized offers program for Arby’s, and is
currently launching a new version of the Buffalo Wild Wings website and native apps. In his
role he also oversees third-party integrations for delivery, digital payments, gaming,
rewards and guest engagement.
Prior to joining Inspire Brands, Ryan oversaw a team of Designers and Product Owners at
IBM, where he worked with some of the world’s largest media, CPG and retail brands. Over
the past 15 years Ryan has worked across numerous industry verticals including media,
retail, and digital where he led channel growth, API development, SEO, social media, and
content strategy. Ryan also has expertise in the retail and QSR sectors, with digital roles at
both The Home Depot and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
