Paris Jackson is Sr. Manager of Store IT Systems at CAVA, the multi-format Mediterranean culinary brand that meets customers on their own terms. Over the course of her five years with the team, Paris has helped support the technology growth and advancement of the brand from just 16 locations to a national footprint.
Paris is an experienced information technology professional, customer-service enthusiast, and coach that drives company growth through technical innovation and effective leadership in the fast-paced food service industry. She began her IT career as an Apple Store specialist where she developed her passion for technology innovation and providing optimal tech support to build brand loyalty. From there, she joined the team at CAVA knowing that she wanted to combine her passion for technology with her passion for people to help repair their relationships with food.
In her free time, Paris loves to work out, hike, dance to favorite tunes, DJ, and coach personal development workshops. She is a proud graduate of Howard University.
