Nikki Rasmussen is currently making every day badass at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop as the Director of Digital Marketing. Nikki brings 15 years of marketing experience with 10+ of those years managing the unpredictable and ever-changing world of digital marketing to the 135-unit brand. Since joining Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Nikki has built a digital marketing strategy that utilizes a multi-layered approach of new guest acquisition through targeted digital media strategies, retention through a badass loyalty program, and by consistently pursuing new opportunities in the digital landscape.
Before entering the restaurant world she earned experience in digital marketing in the fields of media/publishing, direct sales and events. Nikki holds a B.A degree in Classics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota and can assure everyone that the ancients of the Greco-Roman world would have really loved the internet.
