Michael Hong is CFO of Chi'Lantro, an Austin based, award-winning Korean BBQ-inspired restaurant, mobile food truck, and full-service catering company.
Michael has 10+ years in the restaurant industry helping to scale a successful startup to a multi-million dollar business through agile technological adaptations and a culture of trendy, solutions driven restaurant startup. He is a Founder of Evios LLC, a robotics technology firm focused on automating high quality food production. Michael is a certified data scientist and a graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder.
Since 2010, Chi’Lantro has expanded to eight brick-and-mortar locations in Austin with plans to further expand to Houston and Dallas.
In a 2016 episode of “Shark Tank” Barbara Corcoran invested $600,000 in Chi’Lantro.
