With an entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, Joe brought this experience to Chowly as the start-up’s first hire. As a first-of-its-kind service, Chowly has required experimentation with many different modes of operation. Joe has led this iterative process to create the efficient and scaleable model that clients have come to depend on.
Joe has grown the operations team from 1 to 35 members in 18 months well also being a key member of a team bringing over 20 POS integrations to market in the same timeframe.
He has since built and managed the Operations team to support this model with an atmosphere of structure, collaboration, and result driven processes.
