Jon Hartis serves as Chief Technology Officer for Reach Restaurant Group. He is responsible for all things technology including vision and strategy. His career spans nearly 27 years in almost every aspect of restaurant operations and technology, resulting in a guest experience first and operational mindset. His emphasis is on the consumer journey and how technology can complement and create seamless experiences across all consumer engagement points and channels. Before joining Reach Restaurant Group in October 2016, Jon served as Vice President of Technology for Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, a Quick Service restaurant chain.
