Mr. Scott is Wing Zone’s Chief Financial Officer and one of the founders. Mr. Scott develops long-term financial strategies for the franchisor as well as refining systems to increase franchisee profitability. These Systems include the POS (Point of Sale), Loss Prevention, Inventory, COGS and Labor Matrix and has been instrumental in several strategic initiatives at the company such as Online Ordering, Mobile Websites, Smart Phone App and Online Training Videos. Prior to this he served as Chief Operations Officers and Director and also currently serves as CFO for Wing Zone International Corp.
Wing Zone was developed in 1991, when Mr. Scott and friend Matt Friedman started Wing Zone out of their Fraternity House Kitchen. Wing Zone opened its first storefront in 1993 and built six corporate locations before franchising in 1999. Today, Wing Zone has units operating in more than 20 states and has sold development deals in 30 countries to deliver fresh, prepared to order buffalo wings to Flavorholics® all over the world.
